VOYCE provides long-term care ombudsman services for three Area Agencies on Aging in Missouri — the St. Louis Area Agency on Aging (St. Louis City), Aging Ahead (St. Louis County, St. Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson counties), and Aging Matters (18 southeast Missouri counties) — serving 23 counties in eastern Missouri.
