Through our Ombudsman Program, VOYCEconnect Helpline, education initiatives, and Policy and Advocacy, VOYCE educates and empowers individuals and their families for quality living across the continuum of long-term care.

Ombudsman Program

An ombudsman is a person charged with representing the interests of another, investigating issues or complaints, and mediating a fair resolution. In other words, our ombudsmen advocate and empower residents in the long-term care community.

Friendly VOYCE Program

Friendly VOYCE volunteers are caring individuals who engage in meaningful activities with residents in order to alleviate incredibly prevalent levels of loneliness and depression in long-term care.

VOYCEconnect Helpline

VOYCEconnect connects individuals and their families with a licensed professional who is an expert in long-term care. Our VOYCEconnect specialist can answer questions regarding levels of care, financing long-term care (Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, etc.), and give specific options that fit with what clients are looking for.

Education

VOYCE educates and empowers individuals and their families for quality living across the continuum of long-term care. In addition, we provide education for long-term care professionals.

Policy and Advocacy

VOYCE engages in systemic advocacy in order to represent the interests of long-term care consumers on public policy issues.
