Choosing a nursing home can be overwhelming. This session will break down what to expect, how to evaluate options, and what rights residents have. Whether you’re planning for yourself or a loved one, you’ll leave with practical tools to make informed, confident decisions about long-term care.
Afterwards, stick around for Chair Yoga to make sure you stretch your body after you stretch your mind!
The event is FREE and lunch is provided free of charge to registered guests, thanks to our sponsors. Registration is required through St. Louis Public Library!
This program is part of the series: Let’s Talk Aging: VOYCE Week. Join us for a week where we will talk about all things aging, from understanding long-term care and estate planning to how to process grief when you have a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
