VOYCE Academy is a training series designed to equip volunteers with the knowledge and confidence to represent VOYCE in the community. Through engaging sessions, participants will learn about long-term care, resident rights, and the role VOYCE plays in advocacy and support. Whether you’re attending a health fair or simply sharing information with others, VOYCE Academy prepares you to be a trusted voice for residents and families.
How It Works
- Complete the Training Series
Watch a series of four on-demand videos led by Chien Hung, covering long-term care, resident rights, and VOYCE’s advocacy work. - Test Your Knowledge
Complete a short questionnaire/exam at the end of the series to reinforce what you’ve learned. - Become Certified
Upon successful completion, you’ll be recognized as a Certified VOYCE Representative, ready to confidently represent VOYCE at community events and outreach opportunities.
