An ombudsman is a person charged with representing the interests of another, investigating issues or complaints, and mediating a fair resolution.

27,000 people in our area live in more than 370 skilled nursing, assisted living, and residential care communities. 50 percent have no one to speak on their behalf.

Except for us.

When they need help, we’re there. VOYCE advocates for them. We bring compassionate, expert help with professionalism and respect for all. Working together, we change and improve lives. Our team finds solutions while building strong relationships.

Our ombudsmen are available to advocate for any concerns you or your loved one have about your experience with long-term care.

If you feel like your resident rights are not being upheld, we are here. If you have questions about some of the new changes in long-term care, such as cameras in nursing homes or how COVID-19 is affecting life in long-term care, we are here.

If you aren’t sure what you need but know that you want to speak to someone, we are here.
