Join VOYCE at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Cottleville to learn how to use your VOYCE and age well. Together, we’ll learn about healthy aging, potential care options for the future, what you really need when you end up in the hospital, and how to make sure you and your friends don’t fall victim to the next scam. This two-hour session will start at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Cottleville.

At this session, you’ll learn:

Simple ways to keep your body moving- while keeping in mind your unique needs
Easy swaps for healthier living
Ways to continue to build your social circle to avoid isolation

AND

Common scams that trick even the savviest person
Ways to spot a friend in need
Resources to stop scams and abuse in its tracks
