Bart Andrews, PhD, is the Chief Clinical Officer at Behavioral Health Response. Dr. Andrews is the Chair of Missouri’s Suicide Prevention Network, member of the Suicide Lifeline’s Standards, Training and Practices Committee, a member of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center’s (SPRC) Steering Committee, a ZeroSuicide Academy Faculty member and member of the American Association of Suicidology’s Executive Board of Directors. Dr. Andrews is a suicide attempt survivor and a proponent of embracing lived expertise in our suicide prevention efforts.
Charles Crecelius, MD, PhD, FACP, CMD is the Medical Director, Post-Acute Care Services for the BJC Medical Group ACO, a multi-facility medical director for Delmar Gardens Enterprises, and Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. He is also the Project Medical Director for the CMMI-funded Missouri Quality Initiative for Nursing Homes (MOQI) which is studying ways to decrease unnecessary hospitalizations. He is a Past President of AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long Term Care Medicine, represents the Society in the American College of Physician’s Subspecialty Advisory Group on Socioeconomic Affairs and the AMA Relative Value Update Committee. He helped found the St Louis Post-Acute and Long Term Care Roundtable, which brings together nursing homes, hospital systems, and other stakeholders to improve the quality of care of nursing home residents.
As VP of Strategic Partnerships, Bill is focused on growing new revenue streams and developing key alliances with healthcare organizations challenged with how to transform into a value-driven care model. With over 30 years of experience as a Healthcare Executive, Bill has an extensive background combining clinical practice, operations, and business development. He has been a leader in both start-up and large corporate environments. Bill graduated from Georgia State University, is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and holds a PA in Pulmonary Medicine. He gained his clinical experience as Director of Pulmonary Services at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, GA and he has held executive positions with the healthcare technology companies Cerner and Allscripts. Bill also led Operations at DaVita, a provider of Dialysis Treatment and is currently a part-time faculty member for Washington University Olin Business School in St Louis.
