Amy brings 10 years of successful pharmaceutical sales and consulting, 9 years in hospital staffing, 3 years in skilled home health and hospice, 1 year in private-duty home care, and 2 years as the Director of Social Services in 66-bed SNF at a continuous care retirement community, and nearly 3 years in her current Palliative Care role using her talents to help seniors and their families navigate today’s healthcare environment.
She's continuously demonstrated in-depth knowledge of resources and technologies available for aging-in-place, long term care, assisted living, memory care, hospital discharges, palliative care, and preventing hospital readmissions in geriatric patients.

Tara Stevens, MSc, MA, LPC, CCTP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Tara has worked for Behavioral Health Response for 9 years. She currently serves as the Community Engagement Liaison providing crisis intervention services to Missouri’s Eastern Region. She is an international speaker specializing in trauma, emotional regulation, suicide awareness and prevention, and first responder wellness.
