Healthy Now and Forever: Resources to Maintain  Quality of Life

Join VOYCE at New Hope United Methodist Church in Arnold to learn how to use your VOYCE and age well. Together, we’ll learn about healthy aging, potential care options for the future, what you really need when you end up in the hospital, and how to make sure you and your friends don’t fall victim to the next scam. All sessions will be at 1:00 PM at New Hope United Methodist Church.

At this session, you’ll learn:

• Simple ways to keep your body moving- while keeping in mind your unique needs
• Easy swaps for healthier living
• Ways to continue to build your social circle to avoid isolation
