Three Documents You Need BEFORE You Go to the Hospital

Join VOYCE at St. Martin United Church of Christ in High Ridge to learn how to use your VOYCE and age well. Together, we’ll learn about healthy aging, potential care options for the future, what you really need when you end up in the hospital, and how to make sure you and your friends don’t fall victim to the next scam. All sessions will be at 2:00 PM at St. Martin United Church of Christ in High Ridge.

At this session, you’ll learn:

Steps to protecting yourself and your loved ones should you need an extended hospital stay
What documents you should have in place today
How to make sure your wishes are honored throughout your life
