VOYCE provides the St. Louis and Northeast Missouri regions with long-term care ombudsman services and information and referral services for people who are seeking long-term care solutions.
The Development Director is a new position that is responsible for presenting opportunities to the community to support the mission of VOYCE. The Development Director plans, implements, and manages the organization’s revenue-generating activities, including but not exclusive to individual giving, corporate sponsorship, and online giving to provide the funds that enable the organization’s long-term care ombudsman program and information and referral service to achieve consistently remarkable results.
The Development Director works closely with the Executive Director and Program Director to ensure all activities align with the mission and strategic vision of the agency. The Development Director will create and manage the Fund Development Committee and serves on the Marketing, Conference, and Caregiver Committees.
The Development Director reports to the Executive Director and is the supervisor of the Education and Events Coordinator and the Grants and Public Policy Coordinator.
This position also participates in budget preparation, annual development planning, and monthly reporting.
VOYCE recently moved to South St. Louis County. While the team expects to continue to work from home through January, this position will be office based after normal operations resume.
